Capital OK Company Limited ("Cap OK") was established on 24 December 2003 to operate personal loan, retail finance, credit card, and hire-purchasing businesses. At present, Cap OK is the 100% owned subsidiary company of ACAP Advisory Public Company Limited ("ACAP") . ACAP operates financial service advisory, investment banking advisory, and non-performing assets management businesses, and is listed on the Market for Alternative Investments, Stock Exchange of Thailand.

Currently Cap OK’s consumer finance business consists of collection of accounts receivables generated from this business over the past several years. At the same time, Cap OK is refocusing its resources, including its state-of-the-art computer system, professional team of experienced staff, and strong business alliances, to provide corporate, government and SME customers with a range of value-added Outsourcing Business Services, namely: Collection Services; Call Center Services; and Business Operation / IT Services.

ACAP Advisory Public Company Limited, formerly known as Asian Capital Advisors Company Limited, was established in 1998 to provide financial advisory services and non-performing asset management services. The Company’s head office is located at No. 195 Empire Tower 2, 3, 22nd Floor, South Sathorn Road, Yan Nawa Sub-District, Sathorn District, Bangkok 10120

Characteristics of Products or Services.

The business of the Company and its subsidiaries is divided into 2 lines i.e., the financial services and investment banking advisory line, and the non-performing assets management line. The Company’s professional team has a wealth of experience and expertise in debt restructuring, preparation and administration of business reorganization plans, debt and equity fund raising, financial restructuring, procurement of strategic partners, purchase/sale of assets, mergers and acquisitions of businesses, and in all aspects of the management of non-performing assets.
